Yes — all our gift vouchers include a unique secure silver foil ink back that cannot be photocopied, scanned or printed on a home printer. Sequential numbering is also included free of charge on every order for additional security.
We print on 200 GSM premium gloss paper or 300 GSM premium card. Both options have the secure silver foil ink back applied as standard.
Yes — sequential numbering is free on all orders. You can start from 0001 or any custom sequence. You can also upload a CSV file with specific codes if you need variable data printing.
If you would like to change the style and positions of the numbering on your printed gift vouchers, this is possible but will require an admin charge as our current way is an automated process the vouchers go through, the additional fee would be £15 ex vat
Please let us know in the notes on your gift voucher order that would like custom style and location for the numbering on your printed gift vouchers, and we will send you a separate payment link to get this done, once payment is received we will send you a print ready proof of the final gift voucher to ensure it’s exactly as you want
No, you cannot split your final quantity by different Gift Voucher designs or sets, as we have to set up each gift voucher artwork separately for printing, numbering and perforation
For example, you may want to order 1000 Gift Vouchers and split by 2 designs giving 500 each design or set, this is not possible, you would need to order 2 lots of 500 gift voucher printing, so there should be 2 items in your cart with 500 each
We do make this easier for you, once you add the first gift voucher design or set into your cart you will see a duplicate button to the left side, that will copy the first item and the gift voucher options you already selected, so you just need to change the artwork for your Gift Vouchers and change the options if you needed, once done place your order, and we’ll get printing for you and dispatched asap
Yes, if you have designed your voucher using Canva and would like to print with ourselves this is not a problem you can export your file as JPG with 100% quality or as PDF and you should be good to go, if you want us to check your artwork before you order please email us at [email protected] or use the live chat
Yes, sequential numbering can be added to the vouchers. The numbering typically starts with 4 digits, expandable to a maximum of seven (e.g., 0001 or 01001-01500). It is important not to include the sequential numbers on the PDF artwork intended for printing. Instead, leave a space as per our gift voucher templates for the numbering position depending on how many perforations you choose to have
The default numbering specifications include using 12pt Arial font in black ink. This process is known as Customization options are available, allowing changes in font size, such as 10pt, and colour, such as red, since the numbering is applied digitally.
Yes, we can generate barcodes for you and or we can print your codes from a CSV or excel you can provide when ordering your gift vouchers, if you choose this option we will also send you a proof before printing to confirm everything is as it should be
Yes, we offer double-sided vouchers, these are great if you want to display terms and conditions on the back or other additional information. Please note with double sided printing, we cannot offer secure custom foiling, but all other features like numbering and perforations are ok

What are stapled voucher books and when to use?
These are best used when you need to retain a copy of the stub when giving the voucher to the customer. This can also be used to record information like name, email address and other information, we supply these in books of 25 as standard.
These are best used when you want to give the whole voucher to the customer. In most cases these would not be perforated, but we do offer that on the glued vouchers if required
These would be supplied as loose individuals and not bound or stapled. While we do recommend glueing them so they are together it’s not required and this works out a cheaper option
